Ethics Line

What is the Ethics Line? 

It is a mechanism that responds to reports of activities that are contrary to those provided by the Law and the Code of Good Government, conduct that violates human rights and inappropriate or undesirable behavior within the Military Industry. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality from the beginning to the end of the case. Any official and/or third party related to the Military Industry can make their report through the Ethics Line.

* The Military Industry Ethics Line is available only to respond to complaints and not for issues related to products and services and/or different information.

What situations can be reported through the Ethics Line?

-Improper use of confidential information.

-Appropriation or improper use of company assets.

-Commercial practices against the interests of the Company.

-Abuse of the conditions, official or collaborator of the Company for personal benefit.

-Notification of suspicious activities of money laundering, drug trafficking or any illegal act.

-Situations of conflict of interest.

-Accept gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments and in general perks that may influence your business decisions and operations, for the direct or indirect benefit of the person granting it.

 The integrity code of the Military Industry is the main guide to guide our actions and define the way in which we must act in the performance of assigned functions and activities under the ethical principles of integrity, transparency, responsibility, respect and commitment.

    The accusations made when submitting a complaint through the means provided on this page do not generate disciplinary or any other type of responsibility for those who were identified as allegedly involved, because every person is presumed innocent until they are declared guilty through the ruling duly enforceable, as provided in articles 29 of the Constitution and 9 of law 734 of 2002.

  2. You will receive a file generated by the Management and Compliance Office – Correspondence *With this filing you will be able to follow up on your complaint*.
  3. You will receive an information from the Transparency Officer informing you about the traceability of your complaint.
  4. And finally the offices in charge (Control and Monitoring Offices), They will send the final response to the process that was filed due to discrimination issues.
