Military Industry Contracting Manual

The present The Manual must be consulted by those who have responsibilities with the Company's Contracting and external organizations that require it due to their own activities.

Any doubt that arises regarding the regulations applicable to a contractual process and the guidelines established in this Manual, must be consulted with the Legal Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 of Article 9 of Decree No. 156. of 2022, or the rule that modifies or replaces it.
