During this week our collaborators representing INDUMIL in commercial warehouses located throughout the national geography will participate in training sessions prepared especially for them and that will take place in all our service units.
The day was opened with the greeting of General (r) Gustavo Matamoros who stressed the importance of this type of integration events with the purpose of strengthening ties between all collaborators and making known the new things that are being carried out within the company. organization and the new challenges in terms of marketing and sales that are projected for 2014.
The program to be developed includes training in basic topics of organizational culture, analysis and sales strategies, as well as a space for recognition of the work carried out by our representatives throughout the country.
During February 25, 26 and 27, visits will be made to FEXAR FAGECOR and FASAB respectively to establish familiarity with the personnel and processes developed in each factory. The training week will close with a fun day for our visitors to whom we reiterate a cordial welcome.
