It is a high-power explosive, aluminized hydrogel type, with gelling substances, which prevent the segregation of oxidizing and fuel ingredients sensitized in the mixture; sensitive to common detonator number 8, with excellent water resistance, high specific energy, produces class 1 fumes. Does not contain nitroglycerin. Designed for blasting in small diameters, in hard and semi-hard rocks with the presence of water.
Its most common applications are mineral exploitation, construction works, demolition of buildings and civil infrastructure and underground blasting, with adequate ventilation in the absence of firedamp gas and coal dust.
