In these 62 years, the company has become a basic component of logistics for the defense and security of the country, which has also contributed highly to the development of the national economy in sectors such as mining, civil works infrastructure, the energy and construction sector. We have a leading company, with great experience, knowledge and capacity in the production of weapons, ammunition, explosives, metal-mechanical products obtained by foundry and microcasting, among others, which also provides machining services, heat treatments, tool manufacturing, treatments superficial, laboratory tests, product development, die-cutting and drawing.
Indumil is recognized among the most important and solid companies in the country, with broad prestige, both nationally and internationally, and is committed to responsible social and environmental management. It currently provides nearly 1,600 direct employees and more than 5,000 indirect employees, generates annual net sales of around $500,000 million, profits of around $30,000 million, and generates annual transfers to the Nation, among others in taxes, participations and collections from the public force, and parafiscal, for values exceeding $200,000 million.

And on the other hand, the entity has to take advantage of the strategic bets in the mining and infrastructure sector, since important road, infrastructure and mining projects are being carried out in the Country.
Indumil has a broad outlook ahead, it must make big strategic bets and must make new synergies with the other GSED entities that allow it to develop and consolidate the defense industrial and technological base, to offer products and services that respond, not only to the needs of the Public Force, but also to the industry in general, which allows it to generate value and develop technological capabilities to be increasingly competitive.
