The forum called Corporate Governance 'Successful board of directors experiences in generating value', is organized by the Vice Ministry of Defense for the Social and Business Group of Defense (GSED).
This event, which is being held for the second consecutive year, has as its main objective to exchange successful experiences of boards and directors' councils with a view to the adoption of the policies of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for public companies of the State. .
The managers of the 18 entities belonging to the GSED and senior officials of the Public Force will have the opportunity to debate with national experts the best management practices, as well as strengthen ties with prominent businessmen in the country with a view to strengthening the Sector and its defense industrial base. in post-conflict times.
The Corporate Governance forum 'Successful board experiences in generating value' will begin at 8:00 in the morning at the new “Colombia” Convention Center of the Military Club.
