Indumil signed a cooperation agreement with Paraguay

The Military Industry has signed a cooperation agreement with the Republic of Paraguay, where government to government makes the industrial activities of the entity available for the supply of the Paraguayan Armed Forces.

This cooperation agreement between both countries was carried out through a formal ceremony where the General Manager of Indumil, Admiral (RA) Hernando Wills Vélez, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay Francisco Barreiro Perrotta, Attorney Miryam Benítez, Second Secretary in charge of economic and commercial issues of the Embassy of Paraguay, Division General Enrique César Caballero Medina, Director of the Directorate of War Material – DIMABEL, Lieutenant Colonel Antonio Colmán Ayala, Frigate Captain Pedro Osvaldo Ayala Franco; Likewise, the Vice Minister of Defense for the GSED and Welfare, General José Javier Pérez Mejía.

“These transparent projects allow the Military Industry to expand the experience and confidence of its production portfolio to other latitudes in Latin America, whose guarantee seal refers to products that have been tested in combat. In addition, sharing the entity's commitment to strengthening commercial ties with sister countries,” emphasized Admiral Wills, General Manager of Indumil.

In this way, the Military Industry has managed to consolidate and strengthen its commercial relations with the international arms market and demonstrate that Colombia is willing to offer a portfolio of products that have had a long history in security and defense during the last 60 years in the country. .
