Indumil welcomed three new members of its management group

Since last February 21, the new Commercial Deputy Manager of the Military Industry, the director of the Explosives factory Antonio Ricaurte and the director of Security assumed their positions; three important positions, which will make up the entity's management group.

Colonel Nelson Hernando Rojas Rojas is a professional in Military Sciences, graduated from the José María Córdova Cadet School, a specialist in military intelligence and with extensive experience in the National Army. He will be in charge of the Commercial Deputy Management, one of the most critical areas within the entity, which has among its challenges: overcoming the good sales results obtained during the last year, ensuring the positioning of the company's products and services. organization and continue the work of internationalization of the brand, which Indumil has been carrying out for some time.
It is necessary to mention that for 8 years, he served as director of Security of the Military Industry.

For his part, Colonel Reiber Faner Guzmán Cabrera, who took over the management of the Antonio Ricaurte Explosives factory last February 21, is a professional in Military Sciences, graduated from the José María Córdova Military Cadet School, Business Administrator, specialist in Logistics and Human Resources. He built his professional career at the service of the Colombian Military Forces.
His expectations as director of Fexar are aimed at continuing to strengthen the factory's internal processes, leading the opening of new decentralized production plants, to promptly meet the requirements of customers located in various areas of the country and facilitate the access to products, in order to generate greater utility.

In charge of the Security Directorate, Colonel José Leónidas Espitia was delegated, who is a professional in Military Sciences from the Military Cadet School, a specialist in Human Resources Administration, and is currently a candidate for a master's degree in Security and National Defense. He spent 30 years serving the National Army, served as director of Human Talent of the institution, was a Brigade commander and recently served as military attaché in the Republic of France.
His main purpose in assuming this new position is to contribute to the minimization of risks and threats that may affect the normal development of Indumil's supply chain processes, strengthen physical, personal and cyber security procedures in the entity. .
