Expression of social control that includes actions to request information, dialogues and incentives. It seeks the adoption of a permanent transversal process of interaction between public servants - entities - citizens and the actors interested in the management of the former and their results. Likewise, it seeks transparency in the management of the Public Administration to achieve the adoption of the principles of Good Government.
Mechanisms to Improve Citizen Service
It focuses its efforts on guaranteeing citizens' access to the procedures and services of the Public Administration in accordance with the principles of complete, clear, consistent information, with high levels of quality, timeliness of service and adjustment to needs, realities and expectations. of the citizen.
Mechanisms for Transparency and Access to Information
It includes the guidelines for the guarantee of the fundamental right of access to public information, according to which any person can access public information in the possession or under the control of the obligated subjects of the law, except information and documents considered legally reserved.
