- Collaborate with the Ministry of National Defense in the formulation of the policy and in the preparation of the plans that it is responsible for developing in accordance with the respective sectoral programs.
- Produce, import and supply weapons, ammunition, explosives, equipment and complementary elements to the Military Forces, the National Police and other state agencies.
- Manufacture, import and market sporting weapons, personal defense, ammunition, explosives and raw materials for these.
- Produce, import and market raw materials for industrial use with which explosive mixtures can be formed.
- Provide advice and services related to the production that corresponds to you according to the law.
- Exploit the industrial branches that allow the use of the machinery and equipment of its factories, with a view to complementing the industrial needs of the country and exports.
- Cooperate with decentralized state entities and other organizations that perform functions similar to theirs.
