The present
The Manual must be consulted by those who have responsibilities with the Company's Contracting and external organizations that require it due to their own activities.
Any doubt that arises regarding the regulations applicable to a contractual process and the guidelines established in this Manual, must be consulted with the Legal Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 of Article 9 of Decree No. 156. of 2022, or the rule that modifies or replaces it.
El presente Manual deberá ser consultado por quienes tengan responsabilidades con la Contratación de la Empresa y organismos externos que por sus actividades propias así lo requieran.
Cualquier duda que surja en cuanto a la normatividad aplicable a un proceso contractual y a los lineamientos establecidos en el presente Manual, debe ser consultada con la Oficina Legal conforme a lo señalado en los numerales 9, 10 y 11 del Artículo 9 del Decreto No. 156 de 2022, o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
