ES Under the administration of the Ministry of the Interior, today Icontec gives us the Certificate Non-Discrimination seal, The Seal not only serves to show us as an organization of inclusion, of non-discrimination, before all interested parties, but also to make visible to the outside, towards the markets, social responsibility in these specific terms, a topic that is increasingly important for consumers and society as a whole.
In the case of companies, the Seal constitutes a positive differentiating factor compared to the competition and adds value. At INDUMIL we seek to reduce the rates of violation of the rights of populations who are victims of phenomena such as social inequality, racial discrimination, gender, sexual orientation, religious, political and other risk factors.
We are the second Colombian state company to receive the Non-Discrimination Seal, followed by the Victims Unit!
What is the Non-Discrimination seal?
He Non-Discrimination seal is voluntary in nature and identifies an organization that prevents and eliminates any type and form of discrimination, whether based on ethnicity, color, national, family or social origin, language, religion, idiom, political and philosophical opinion, including membership of a political party or movement, economic position, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, health status, disability, physical appearance or any other social condition or situation, directly and indirectly.
Who receives this certification?
It is granted to any type of organization, whether public, private, governmental or non-governmental (NGO).
