WORLDCOB: It is an international organization based in the United States, dedicated to promoting business development around the world. It has more than 3,500 members in 130 countries.
Within its services, WORLDCOB promotes corporate social responsibility and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and offers international certification in social responsibility, under the WOLRDCOB CSR:2011.3 standard.

INDUMIL OBTAINED THE WORLDCOB SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CERTIFICATION!
With this certification, the management practices that are being carried out at the level of three dimensions are made visible:
1) Labor relations.
2)Social relationships.
3) Environmental responsibility.
In the Colombian Military Industry – INDUMIL , we have a COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that within its components incorporates the CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
In 2021 we obtained the national certification SUSTAINABILITY SEAL, in recognition of the social responsibility model in its dimensions:
- Social: We have international certification for the occupational health and safety system, under the ISO 45001 standard. We generate more than 4,500 direct and indirect jobs. We achieved the National Senior Management Award, for the contribution to the economic, labor and productive reactivation of the country in times of Covid 19.
- Environmental: We have international certification for the environmental system, according to the ISO 14001 standard. We make large investments in environmental management in our manufacturing centers and administrative processes to mitigate our impact on the environment. We always keep in mind what we are going to leave to our future generations.
- Economic: We are a state industrial and commercial company, with administrative and financial autonomy.
