Bogotá listens to you
The Mayor's Office of Bogotá once again opens the discussion around a primary issue in the public sector: service to citizens. In this new edition of the International Congress of Citizen Service, Bogotá Te Escucha, national and international experiences and success stories on the matter will be analyzed, in order to enrich and improve the city's strategy on this front and fulfill the purpose to turn Bogotá into a benchmark of excellence in the provision of services to citizens.
The Congress will be a space where topics such as citizen satisfaction and how to inspire work teams will be addressed. In this way, actions can be identified that allow us to consolidate and articulate today's challenges and technological possibilities in the digital era, with the purpose of improving the citizen's experience through quality and warmth service.
This space promoted by the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, through its General Secretariat, will bring together national and international experts, public servants and interested parties who participate in citizen service processes.
